Little Smoky River

Anyone been out to LSR recently? I'm wondering about the condition of the Bigstone Road.

SamSteele 09-21-2017 09:01 AM

Was there last weekend. Road was alright. Potholes in areas and lots of traffic on it but I did see a grader. It's been raining since I was there so I can't comment on how sloppy it will be now though.

Fishing was very slow in the am, picking up around 2 pm. For some weird reason they hit your nymphs and dries when being stripped in rather than on the drift. A first for me, but we were into well over 80 fish in the afternoon so you can't argue with success. https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/201...50d4a8dede.jpg

Yeah, a great time of year for them. I imagine I will have a pretty sloppy truck when I leave there. Thanks
