Where to Buy Pork Shoulder Edmonton

Costco discontinued the pork shoulder they had. Where else can a guy get bulk pork shoulder at a decent rate, preferably fresh.

Check out no frills. They have them on sale right now.

I get mine at DeRose Bro. Meats 99 st and 67 Ave. Cheapest I have found in Edmonton especially if you bring cash and they are good cuts. You have to call ahead and see if they have any, usually they can get them in a few days if they are out.

Real Deal is pricy but good cuts. Acme Meats is another good one but really pricy.

No frills also has good deals once in a while. I usually wait until they are on sale for 1/2 off and buy 8-10 of them.

Call Victoria meat and fancy sausage and ask for a price. I go there and tell them I want pork for making sausages and the sell me a whole shoulder without the bone. tel: 780-471-2283

Wholesale Club in Edmonton usually has a great selection of meat. I usually buy a good stockpile at the beginning of summer for the smoker.

Also, Local Meats in Leduc has good cuts, prices and awesome customer service.

Capital packers near Belvedere. Call and ask for cash and carry price on boneless pork picnics. I haven’t found a better price.

Lucky 97 Supermarket on 107ave and 97st. Can’t beat their quality and price.

Thanks guys I ended up going to No Frills but it’s USA pork so will be looking for another steady source. Got a few different answers from Costco not sure what’s going on over there. I didn’t know the Derose Bros sold bulk meat but they have the best Italian Sausage I have found yet.
