Trout for stocking

Drained our pond last year and time to start over with some fresh fish. We're looking for a supplier for some trout, the last guy we bought from closed down. Any suggestions where to get some rainbows close to Lethbridge?

Smoky Trout Farm Limited is a first class operation and might be able to help you out since you are in the southern part of the province.

Get them from that farm near Lucky Lake on Diefenbaker SK, couple world record rainbows escaped into the lake!

48 pounders would be fun!

X2 on Smoky Trout Farm. Very knowledgable and helpful with stocking, aeration etc.

Here is a rainbow from Smoky that was 7" in September of 2013 when it was stocked. 14lbs in March 2018.

We're you feeding the fish in the pond where that guy was living?

Yep. They've eaten Proform and Nuway pellets. I feed them from May long weekend until the end of October.
