As if such a brain storm would ever see the light is highly unlikely. Nothing more than a brain storm that will be shot down by tens of millions.

Is this what his constituents asked him to do? Do they even care? are they outraged at paying this guy for this kind of work?

Is this such a big problem in canada today that it overshadows the economy and security of the nation?
