Is there anyway to access Mink lake without going on private property?

You mean the Mink by Carvel right? Is there fish in there? I drive by it all the time and have never noticed anyone fishing.

Place was packed friday!! parking on north side on private land it looked like!

Farmer on north side allows access to lake thru his field
As long as people respect the property, there will be no issues accessing

They charge you 10 bucks to access through the campground. Everyone accesses on the north side along the farmers field.
