Wallaye tags for youths

Can youths <12 get a WIN card and apply for walleye tags?

I can't seem to find any info on a youth under the age of 12 getting a WIN card. I'll probably call fish and wildlife tomorrow, but was wondering if anyone has already looked into it.

Yes. They just need to get a WIN number then they can apply.

Yes , I have my 5 and 9 year old boys put in for the draw. All they need is there win cards. Been doing it for a couple of years now .

So then they just pay 10 dollars each for their tags ?
