Trapper cabin regs

Can anyone tell me if the trapper cabin regs that were on here a year or two ago are the real deal or still just in draft form.

If they are the real deal, where is that written in the government docs.

Thanks in advance

Draft. This was stated by Dave Kay at presidents meeting last year.

From what I heard it was all hopes and dreams by a few of the anti Trapline government folks again.
As of right now from what I was told the old policy of 198xxx stands

If you go into ATA website and click on cabin policy you get the New 2017 version, so appears now in effect.

That’s strange

That policy looks like the draft one they sent out that was apparently never put into effect and was done up by a couple over zealous members of the government.

It also wasn’t enforced last year when we transferred one of my lines into the new owners name. Hard to believe they missed that after all the other BS we’ve gone through in the last couple years if this was indeed, now in effect

The one on the ATA website is for "new" cabin construction, at least that's what it says there.

I was more referring to the page about having existing cabins approved when lines are transferred.

I guess it’s up to us to dig into this stuff if we really want to know what’s real or not.

So
That draft is now the gospel for new cabins??
