Boat launches on the North Sask
I just got a new boat and have hit the river a couple times now. What a blast. it opens a whole new world!
Where are there decent boat launches outside city limits that are easy to back a trailer and boat into the water? I launched in Devon a couple times and it wasn't bad. Ran the boat to Gennesee bridge but noticed they had a construction crew housing building blocking the ramp. I heard sometimes Vinca bridge is ok but I couldn't find anything there that would be easy to back a trailer and boat into. Any ideas guys? Thanks |
There’s goldbar at 50th street, we’ve put in there lots for somewhere close to home.

Where in the same boat lol....
Just picked up a new to us boat, been to Devon twice. Really enjoying the river. There's a launch in fort sask. We used it 4 or 5 years ago. |

Goldbar would be o.k but too much traffic and want to find something outside the city a bit. Doesn't sound like there is much out there |
don't own a boat but go over the N Sask river south of Tomahawk a lot and notice just downstream from bridge on the southbank there is a spot that looks like people use to launch boats from. see lots of trailers there and people enjoying the day by the river there. you might want to take a trip out there to see for yourself if it is suitable for launching your boat from.
