Kitscoty RCMP arrest four after armed robbery

Marwayne, Alberta – On Jan. 16, 2018 at approximately 4:15 p.m., Kitscoty RCMP responded to an armed robbery from a liquor store in Marwayne, Alberta.

Three suspects entered the store in disguise and stole a cash register containing an undisclosed amount of money and several bottles of liquor. One of the suspects brandished a firearm during this incident. A separate victim who was outside after the robbery also had the firearm pointed at them. The suspects then fled the area in a waiting vehicle. No one was harmed.

Several RCMP detachments in the surrounding area proceeded to set up road blocks when shortly after the robbery the vehicle was located abandoned on a dead end road. Kitscoty RCMP along with Vermilion RCMP members and Police Dog Services (PDS) proceeded to search the area. A short time later three suspects were tracked and arrested without incident. A fourth suspect was located the following morning.

The following have been charged with Criminal Code offences in relation to this incident:

· Fabian Spencer Littlewolfe, 27-years-old, Armed Robbery, Disguise with intent, Pointing a firearm, Breach of Probation (x3), Breach of Firearms Prohibition

· Darian Jordan Meesto, 24-years-old, Armed Robbery, Disguise with intent, Pointing a firearm, Breach of Undertaking

· Blake Evan Dillon, 23-years-old, Armed Robbery, Disguise with intent, Pointing a firearm, Breach of Recognizance

· Fraser Kain Littlewolfe, 27-years-old, Armed Robbery, Disguise with intent, Pointing a firearm, Breach of Firearms Prohibition, Breach of Probation


The four accused who are from Onion Lake, Saskatchewan were remanded into custody and will be appearing in Vermilion Provincial Court on Feb. 5, 2018.

“This investigation was resolved quickly and 20 charges have now been laid,” says Sergeant Juan Huss, Kitscoty Detachment Commander. “The collaboration of surrounding detachments has brought this incident before the courts and thankfully no one was harmed.”

As this matter is now before the courts, no further information will be provided.

I tell ya, this world is going to hell in a hand basket :scared: Marwayne and Kitscoty are like "sleepy hollows"...Now the above crime?? :angry3:

No, seriously, just how stupid are these guys? I can just see imagine the script:

Darian: Hey Fraser, I gotta good idea..Lets go rob the liquor store!"

Fraser:"Hey wait for me I have nothing better to do right now, let me go in first!"

Blake: "Cool I'm in too, I have nothing better to do with the next 8 years of my life than play Mommy to some pedo at the Edmonton Max!"

apparently this little gang has hit quite a few places, if they can get some proof together they just might be able to make this one stick. One is still at large, but the MO fits a few more incidents.

Scary what is happening in that area on a regular basis. Lots of rural family members up there dangerously exposed to this B.S. This type of criminal is untouchable under this current court system/government. The government has no will to protect ordinary people.

Repeat offenders like these are sure to reoffend, and perhaps next time they will hurt someone. It's too bad they weren't all shot dead.

Let me guess this is in response to their idiot brothers getting busted for trying to steal a 26? What the hell they feeding these dudes? Don't answer, I know, the same crap they were born with in their blood. Sad....I really feel for those that are responsible caring individuals that have to deal with these idiots.

They won't see home for some time,over a bit of cash and 7 bottles,one days wages on a decent job,but to lazy to work.You want to pull off deals like this be prepared for long jail time.They will come out with a better education in better crimes that pay more and we pay for the teaching.

Someone should give them a heads up there's not much left to take,they pretty well have taken all we can give.Pull stuff like that off and some ones going to get shot and it could be some poor innocent soul trying to protect his stuff.

No they won't. They'll get out with a fried brain from drinking toilet shine and end up on a corner in downtown Edmonton wandering around aimlessly for the next 5 -6 years before someone either kicks the crap out of them or they die of alcohol poisoning at 30 yrs. What a waste of a good life.

My friend from Frog Lake says it is an urban legend that snowballed out of control, he does not believe it. When you think of it, it is awful stupid, and I don't know if the 'gangs' are enemy or joined, but again it sounds pretty crazy.

And that is what scares me. I could care less about these scumbags, I am more worried about them hurting or killing someone when they get out and reoffend.

People are so wired right now with the armed robberies happening, I am worried that something bad will happen in the next while. We need the Courts to start making some hard decisions and stop instant reoffending.

It's called poverty. That's why they are committing these crimes! Need to bring hangings back for these kind if scum, and many others... It's only a matter of time before they hurt or kill somebody and society could have prevented it if we only had a justice system.

There has been plenty of talk all over,these robbers were in papers across Canada and they are connected from province to province with each other,it's going to get way worst before it get's better.Sone will die if they keep it up,sad to say,but who is the big problem.Like ELK11 said they should be shot,they kill one cop and they won't play games with them,shoot on site.

I've lived here in marwayne my whole life. I was either 2 doors down at the hardware as it happened or had just left. Matter of a minute either way.

Rattled our little town pretty hard. They caught most of them on foot west of Dewberry. They were trying to get into my buddies house but got spooked ran into the bush.

The reserve system is a collossal failure, always has been. Residential schools was a well intentioned but failed attempt at integrating these folks into mainstream society because this crap will never end until the reserves are replaced with something better.

Maybe it's time to start neutering violent criminals, make sure they don't pass the defective genes along. I bet that would cut a lot of BS out.

My buddies aunt and uncle had their home broken into by 3 native burglars 1 week ago tonight. Burglars were armed, fired 3 shots into the ceiling, tied the owners up in an execution style position, locked them in their bathroom then proceeded to rob the household. The folks being robbed had their young grandson visiting and he was sleeping in another room. Fortunately ge never awoke from all the noise during the break in and robbery. They live near Edam, SK.

I could care less what race the scumbags are, they should receive a minimum of ten years at hard labor. And if they bring a firearm into a person's home, it should be legal to shoot them dead, with no fear of being charged.
