Often these polls get shut down un mercilessly once they see a bunch of traffic coming from a single site.

You want them to have no excuses when the outcome defies the narrative.

That’s why!

And what in the world are they accomplishing?

Absolutely nothing. We could have 100 polls that show 99 % against the bans, and Trudeau wouldn't care. I still fill them out, but I realize that they aren't accomplishing anything.

A friend who at one time was a Crown Prosecutor in town told me that when he was in that position , there was a directive that went out to all of the Provincial Crowns that no cases were to be prosecuted involving an illegal firearm if it concerned the Federal firearms laws unless it was used in the Commission of a crime .
Basically speaking if you were charged with an Unregistered or ilegal firearm , even though the RCMP charged you, unless you used it to shoot someone or robbed a bank with it you would not be prosecuted in Alberta court for having an unregistered or otherwise ilegal firearm.
This is one of the things the Provincual Government can and will do to combat these idiotic Federal OIC's.

CGN rules are to break the link, users copy and paste in their browser

break the link by putting a space in between the T's in the address:

ht tps://www.castanet.net/news/Poll/298907/Do-you-support-the-Liberal-assault-gun-ban

Delete the space after you paste

Works wonders on a pc, not so great for me on a phone, but yes that’s the other way.
