Where to purchase outhouse?

Anyone know a supplier...looking for the outhouse type used in Provincial Parks ... They sit on a concrete holding tank ... have a triangular concrete base for the flip lid ... Would like to know who sells the toilet structure.

Hopefully that provincial park smell doesn't come built into them! No idea where to get them. Lafarge for the concrete base?

One thing you may try is Hudderite colony , They would build you pretty anything you design , The ones I have stopped at a few times is Pibroch colony north of Westlock .. Something to kick around anyway ..

I built the last one for my bush quarter.

There's a guy in Hythe that builds them. I think $450 is what he sells them for. If you're interested let me know and I'll text you a picture when I go to town next.

I would give Eagle builders in Ponoka a call They might have build them, cause all they are, are concrete panels that are put together like a card house.

Thanks all, gives me a good start. Think I will check our local Hutterite Colony. We plan to use the concrete tank and base so just need the structure to sit over the top...for SPFGA.

If you have power and a water supply and are putting in a concrete tank & pad you might want to consider building a shed. Our lake neighbor did this and installed a water pump, water heater so they had a flush toilet, sink and shower. Was a pretty nice setup.

There's one on the government surplus sales site right now, not sure if it's just what you're looking for but thought id mention it.

I have a couple of Factory manufactured plastic ( inj moulded ) latrine kits, 2 pieces, the the floor and toilet seat pedistil are one peice , the 1peice roof is thick translucent corrugated plastic also, let's in light even on dark nights, floor and roof will never rot or mould, just add 4x4x8 sheets of treated plywood to make 4 walls, cut-in door, you have an all weather outhouse that will never rot or mould, floor cleans out with bucket of water, for sterile latrine,

If you are interested , msg me the kits were $225 each, but I'm open to offers

The actual sit on pedestal part that sits on the concrete Is from Zeebest plastics in Edmonton. Google them.

Thanks again guys, looks like our best bet is a concrete tank with the pedestal...and local Hutterite carpenters to supply the the structures.
