Dressed Wild Fur

May 21 - Dressed Wild Fur (Private Treaty Catalogue).......What are these pelts?
I get that Polar Bears, Grizzly and Seal are special but there are also wolf, coyote, fox, beaver, etc in there.

Let's see... they were two beautiful Arctic Wolves, the only two in the building this time round. A bunch of open skinned plain western coyotes, a bunch of sheared and dyed yellow-y tan foul looking beaver, some stunning Fisher, and a bunch of openend rats with kidney disease.

So, we have the option of skinning coyotes, etc for this section? Do they sell at a premium and is there any advantage to selling our pelts this way? I don't see any prices listed for anything in this section but I'd certainly like to know more about it.

the dressed wild fur are just furs that have be processed (tanned etc) already, not special because of type of animal...

It is generally known to be difficult to get the value of the skin plus dressing costs via fur auction.
