Don't our regulations cover the spring/summer as well? I wouldn't say they are late. But then I know nothing of Manitoba regs.

These are the hunting regulations are out already in Manitoba I don't know when ours come out but I think it's August

This booklet or pdf is only a supplement to our bunting guide. All it covers is info about the spring bear and turkey seasons. They also add some info on changes that may be coming up for the different fall/winter seasons.

We do usually get our complete huting guide in early July give or take a week or so.

All our major changes are listed when the draw booklet comes out.
That’s in about the next week or two, if I’m not totally cross threaded.

The regs likely will be faster this year since rumour has it they won’t be actually printing them, it’ll be a PDF down load, or online only.
