Just got back from the elk calling seminar. A points a point. They had this game and blew it. Here’s hoping Klefbom is in the lineup tomorrow and Manning is on the bench or Benning. They need to put 60 minutes together.

Lucic gets a couple of goals and thinks he’s a goal scorer. Hitch needs to get in his face and point out he’s the muscle on that line. Go out and make room for 97.

I never watched it, but I'm a bit skeptical of the quality of play when a goalie who let 4 in and had a save percentage of .909% is one of the three stars.

Him and our second shot wonder should have a cage match. Winner gets to be backup on the team of his choosing and the loser gets assigned to the AHL.

First of all it’s gudbleau. Second, if you think that was a good game by the oilers I seriously have concern for your hockey knowledge. You’re offence was there, as well as the goaltending but you’re defensive game was terrible. That third period I think the oilers had offensive posession for maybe 45 seconds, the rest of the time they were chasing the play. You can argue “but we had 50+ shots” but the majority of them were perimeter shots. You didn’t run into a hot goalie or a hot anything, your special teams stink and that’s what happens when after mcdavid, drai, nuge the rest of the roster is filled full of 4th line checkers.

He last time I seen a team this bad was pretty much every Oiler team over the last 11 years.

As soon as the play enters the defensive zone they look like they’re competing in a Special Olympics relegation game. This team is absolute garbage. Were it not for the possibility of McDavid doing something remarkable, I probably wouldn’t even watch anymore. Almost at that point now.

5 on 5 they were great. Couple soft goals by Talbot, Drai coasted all game, no hits, no scraps, just floated..Defence is brutual..The certainly get a PARTICIPATION RIBBON for today's efforts :sHa_sarcasticlol:
