Sat in stand for 30 mins called into 30, shot was 40....80 yard recovery. Pass through.

This is the entrance...last rib to off side behind shoulder pass through at 40 yards, I would say it performed! I have it on video.

Just got him hanging have to review my video but undid not think he was quartering as hard as he was! Wow and I was only 40 yards away. It's a testament to hard quartering shots and how those Grim Reaper heads can manage with that hard angle....pretty impressed with the performance, yet again.

Great job Lefty. Great shot . Were the bulls vocal down that way? Only been out twice where I scored last year but its quiet . Customer of mine seen a cow and two calves last week so they are around just not making a racket yet.

First time posting pics but hope this works. A bull I got last month in Nunavut

Hate to say but the horse shoes were with me...I checked two cams, and got into the stand about 5ish....settled in and called.

Waited for about 10-15 mins and heard something behind me, thought it was a moo cow....turned slow saw the elk, messed with him trying to get a shot for 8-10 mins and by 5:40 he had an arrow in him.

He never made a peep and I heard no other elk.
